DMC Restoration
DMC Restoration Limited started life in 2003 as Stone Age Restoration. The Directors of DMC Group decided that as we were carrying out more and more Heritage contracts it would be beneficial to set up a bespoke company specifically to deal with Listed Buildings and buildings of special importance. Our main areas of expertise are in the cleaning, conservation and new build works in natural stone, brickwork and conglomerate stone.
The Director's of DMC Restoration pride themselves on the quality of workmanship provided by our directly employed craftsmen, and the satisfaction of our clients is paramount on any contract undertaken. This is proven out by some of the comments received by our clients from completed contracts. Clients we have worked with include the Marylebone Cricket Club at Lords Cricket Ground, The Kings Fund Head Offices in Cavendish Square, West London and the Dubai Royal Family and Emirates Airlines in Gloucester Road, West London.
Type of works carried out by DMC Restoration include:
- Specialist cleaning works to natural stone, brick, terracotta, faience, marble, concrete and granite.
- Cleaning methods include nebulous water cleaning, JOS/DOFF/TORC cleaning (as approved by Stonehealth), abrasive cleaning and chemical cleaning.
- Brick and stone repair replacement. Plastic repairs to brick and stone to match surrounding areas. Brick and stone replacements as required to match existing as near as possible.
- Supply and installation of new natural stone copings, cills, window surrounds and bespoke architectural features.
- Supply and installation of precast stone.
- Re-pointing of both brick and stone work, including flush, weatherstruck and tuck pointing.
DMC Restoration can provide a fully itemised schedule of repairs for any of the above works including for access scaffolding if required.
